Big squishy mallows, hand poured small batches made in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland.

I became a marshmallow maker in 2020 offering treat boxes during lockdown. They were a well received addition to my treat boxes, not only tasting amazing they’re so much fun to make that I made them a staple in my home run bakery.

 

Recovering from lockdown I have moved across to concentrate on my love of mallowing, the beautiful art of making big fluffy squishy pillows of tasty loveliness. And thats where I am at now, offering so many new and exciting flavours, and taking my treats to all the small craft fairs as well as local markets for everyone to enjoy.
